Lady Monarchs – Girls Elite Travel Program
Gwinnett County | JC Crew Basketball

The Lady Monarchs help young women build confidence, skill, and toughness through teaching, structure, and high-level competition.

Who the Lady Monarchs Are

The Lady Monarchs program is for girls who:

Want to take their game seriously — not just “play around.”

Desire strong coaching and clear expectations.

Want to compete in real tournaments against strong teams.

Need a positive, structured environment that still feels like family.

We develop girls from first-time players → school standouts → exposure-level competitors.

Teams & Age Groups

Example structure – adjust to match your real numbers.

Lady Monarchs 2028 – Middle-school / rising high school

Lady Monarchs 2029 & younger – Elementary / early middle

Developmental Lady Monarchs – Newer players building foundation

Each roster is built for competitive balance, development, and chemistry.
